Ravi Krishna is a postgraduate from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.  He joined the banking industry as Probationary Officer in 1987 with United Bank of India and susequently worked with IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank and RBL Bank.  Before turning an entrepreneur, he was with RBL Bank as Senior Vice President. 

He is a Visiting Faculty for the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). He teaches Indian Ethos & Business Ethics and Negotiation Skills to management students.  He conducted training workshops for the faculty of engineering and management colleges.

He has been a coach and conducted sessions for Hindustan Petroleum, , Indian Railways, L&T Infra and Hindustan Beverages (Coca Cola).

He carries a total experience of 37 years in the fields of Core Banking, Trade Finance, Software Development, Technology Implementation, Management Consulting, and Training.

With his guidance, many people got placed with various Banks, Insurance Companies, and got selected in exams conducted by Staff Selection Commission.
